Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to Kyro websites, checkout flows, accounts, support channels, and eSIM data plans. By using Kyro or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Kyro or purchase a plan. If you are buying for someone else, you are responsible for making sure they understand the plan details and usage rules.

Eligibility and device compatibility

Kyro eSIM plans are intended for customers who have an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device and the legal right to use mobile data services in the destination they select.

You are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase. A device may be incompatible if it is carrier locked, does not support eSIM, does not support the destination network bands, or has device settings that prevent installation.

Orders, payment, and delivery

Plan details, prices, currency, data allowance, validity, and destination coverage are shown before checkout. Prices may change until an order is completed.

After successful payment, Kyro delivers the eSIM instructions digitally, usually by email or inside your account. Because eSIMs are digital products, delivery may begin immediately after payment authorization.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the eSIM or plan instructions are issued. We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if payment fails, fraud checks fail, product details are incorrect, or the plan is unavailable.

Plan activation and use

Kyro plans provide mobile data access through partner networks. Unless a plan clearly says otherwise, Kyro eSIMs are data-only and do not include a local phone number, voice calls, SMS, or emergency calling.

Plan validity starts according to the plan details, which may be when the eSIM first connects to a supported network or when a bundle is otherwise activated. Coverage, speed, latency, and availability can vary by destination, local carrier, device, congestion, terrain, buildings, and network maintenance.

You must use Kyro services lawfully and reasonably. You may not resell plans, interfere with networks, abuse promotions, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

Installation responsibilities

Install your eSIM on a stable Wi-Fi connection and follow the setup instructions carefully. In many cases, an eSIM cannot be transferred after installation and should not be deleted unless Kyro support asks you to do so.

Kyro is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported devices, carrier locks, incorrect device settings, deletion of an installed eSIM, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the selected coverage area.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. In general, refunds are only available when the eSIM or data bundle has not been installed, activated, started, or used, and the request is made within the permitted refund window.

Once a plan is installed, activated, started, expired, or has consumed data, it is usually not refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Support and service changes

Kyro support can help with purchase, installation, activation, and connectivity questions. You may need to provide your order email, destination, device model, screenshots, or network diagnostics so we can investigate.

We may update plan availability, supported destinations, partner networks, prices, or product features from time to time. If a change materially affects a completed order before activation, we will provide a reasonable remedy, which may include replacement service or a refund where appropriate.

Disclaimers and liability

Kyro provides travel connectivity services on an as-available basis through third-party networks and infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, specific speeds, or availability in every location within a destination.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kyro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchased plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, operational, or security changes. The version posted on this page applies from the listed last-updated date.

If you continue using Kyro after updated terms are posted, you accept the updated terms. Terms that applied at the time of purchase will continue to govern that purchase where required by law.
