Kyro is a travel eSIM service operated by Kyro Global. When this policy refers to "Kyro," "we," "us," or "our," it means Kyro Global and the Kyro websites, apps, checkout flows, accounts, and support channels that make the service available.

• eSIM and service information, such as ICCID, installation links, activation status, bundle usage, validity dates, and connectivity-related metadata needed to deliver mobile data.
• Support information, such as messages you send us, device model, operating system, screenshots, diagnostics, and troubleshooting details you choose to provide.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with Kyro pages or checkout flows.

This includes creating and managing accounts, processing orders, delivering eSIM instructions, provisioning mobile data through network partners, providing customer support, preventing fraud, complying with law, and maintaining reliable service operations.

• Payment processors to process payments, prevent fraud, and manage checkout. Kyro does not store full payment card numbers. Payment card data is handled by the payment processor under its own privacy policy.
• Network and eSIM fulfillment partners, including eSIM Go and the mobile network operators needed to provision, activate, and support travel data plans. These partners receive the minimum information required to deliver the service, such as order references, email where needed, ICCID, bundle details, and activation or usage status.
• Communications providers, including Resend and, where enabled, Google sign-in services, to send verification codes, service emails, and support communications.
• Analytics and infrastructure providers, including Google Tag Manager and hosting or database providers, to measure site usage, maintain performance, and secure our systems.
• Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful requests.

Kyro serves travelers worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including countries outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections with service providers. When you purchase a plan for use outside your home country, we and our network partners may need to process the minimum personal information required to deliver mobile data in that destination.
